Littlewins
LittleWins is an online community marketplace for people with disabilities to buy, sell or donate, medical equipment and supples. I operated all aspects of LittleWins marketing, growth, and branding. We worked tirelessly to develop a brand that inspires and a content plan to amplify that same emotion.
After branding, I built out social channels and set up content strategies, lead user growth and retention for the web app, and assisted in the redesign and optimization of the marketplace. We grew our user base and ‘stickiness’ by developing lifecycle marketing strategies using email marketing drip campaigns, paid conversion media on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, partnering with dozens of brands across the nation, influencer programs, and utilizing direct marketing tactics!
